Bi-Annually, BUSA enters a selected team into a variety of match, team and fleet racing events to compete against the top level inter-collegiate colleges from the USA. This year the tour is coming to the UK, and the Itinerary is jam packed with some iconic places to go and race, and for the first time ever including a coastal race from Portland to Cowes. The dates as planned are 23^rd July – 7^th August. Event dates will be published as soon as confirmation comes through shortly.

The BUSA team will be selected by application through the link below. These applications will close on the 20^th April 2022. As stated in the Notice of Selection if the minimum amount of team members is not met, this process will re-open. For all details of selection criteria please see the Notice of Selection below

Background to the tour

The Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) is the governing authority for sailing at colleges and universities throughout the United States and in some parts of Canada.
The "Hall of Fame" provides information on many of the past Tours.

2013; the ICSA team toured the UK and won the series, putting a stop to several year's of UK wins.
2015; the BUSA team toured the USA and got its own back with across-the-board wins.
2017; ICSA team return to the UK, BUSA told their title, winning 3 matches to 2.
2019; BUSA team head to the USA. ICSA take the series win.
